Happy Holidays and Thanks

Happy Holidays to all of you around the world!  After digging out from the Nor’easter we are gearing up here in Connecticut for a White Christmas with family and friends and are looking forward to some fun winter activities - skiing, snowboarding, skating, tubing, and sledding - over the next couple of weeks.  As such this blog will go on hiatus until January 3rd.

This was a great year for the blog - over prior year readership is up 500% - more than 12,000 people have visited the blog these past 24 months with almost 50,000 page views.  The year 2010 is going to be a big year for location based genealogy.  It starts with the keynote address at the Family History Expo conference in St. George UT in February and over the subsequent months there will be some additional announcements and events that we are very excited about.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy New Year to all of you.  And may 2010 bring to you and yours good health, great joy, and much peace.

Bernie
